Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • If an order is not fulfilled after receiving payment and a refund request is made:
    • If the request is made within 3 days of payment but before the commencement of services, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
    • If the request is made before placing the order or before any services have commenced, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

This addition ensures clarity on refund amounts depending on the timing of the refund request in relation to the fulfillment of the order.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled without any penalty if the cancellation request is made before the commencement of services.
  • Once services have commenced, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
