2. Press Release Distribution
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for press release distribution services are not available once the press release has been distributed.
- Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their order for press release distribution within 24 hours of payment for a full refund if the release has not yet been distributed.
3. International Payment Acceptance
- We request confirmation to activate international payments along with the 3D Secure (3DS) feature. This feature ensures that every transaction undergoes an OTP verification process, enhancing security for successful international payments.
4. SEO Services
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of SEO services and the time required to see results, all payments made for SEO services are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their subscription with written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
5. Social Media Marketing
- Refund Eligibility: If clients are dissatisfied with the initial strategy or deliverables within the first 30 days, they may request a partial refund based on the work completed.
- No Refunds After Approval: Once social media content has been approved and published, no refunds will be issued.
6. Web Design Services
- Refund Policy: A full refund may be requested within 14 days of payment if no design work has commenced. Once design work begins or mock-ups are approved, all payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy: If a project is canceled after design work has started, clients will be billed for the work completed up to that point.

- Refund Eligibility: For event management services, clients may receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits made to secure event dates are non-refundable.
